Please read the contents carefully before you return a product.

Sandalenshop.nl delivers all items with the expected warranty.

Returns will only be processed if they are unworn and in their original packaging.

We request that you do not use the shoebox as outer packaging, but wrap it in a box, in plastic or paper, and include postage. The condition is that the items are unworn and unused (only tried on).

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email from [email protected]. This email contains a link to create and print the return label. Print this label (preferably A5 size), stick it on the package, and drop it off at the nearest DPD point. Returning your order this way will not cost you anything.

You can also return the package yourself.

Note:
Sandals that have been worn cannot be returned. In case of a manufacturing fault, also please first email us a photo of the problem, noting your order number at [email protected]

The Sandalenshop reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery charges will be charged by the operator for the returned product, immediately within 14 days after the day on which the consumer notifies the Revocation (time of dissolution). There are no costs for reimbursement for the consumer.
