If you are not satisfied with the products or services of the Sandalenshop or if you have a complaint about the quality of the delivered item, please contact us by mail. When there is a complaint about a defect on an article we can only look into this when the defect occurs within a 6 month period after buying the article. Please file this complaint by email, when possible with an accompanying photo. A complaint to the BirkenstockShop will be answered within 14 working days of receipt.
