Sandals that have been worn cannot be returned. In case of a manufacturing fault also please first mail us a photo of the problem noting your order number at [email protected]
The Sandalenshop reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery charges will be charged by the operator for the returned product, immediately within 14 days after the day on which the consumer notifies the Revocation (time of dissolution). There are no costs for reimbursement for the consumer.
